Early Access Terms

soft.house is in early access. The conditions below describe, factually, what that means for you today. A formal Terms of Service document is being prepared and will replace this page when published.

What early access means

  • APIs, SDKs, the skills registry, and the dashboard are under active development and may change, including in backwards-incompatible ways. We aim to announce breaking changes in advance in the documentation and changelog.
  • Billing runs on Stripe. Paid tiers are currently offered in test mode while payment wiring is completed — no live charges are made until live mode is announced on the pricing page.
  • Free-tier limits and paid-tier quotas are shown on the pricing page and enforced server-side.
  • Sandbox calls are rate-limited and read-only.

Your content and data

  • Skills and contracts you publish to the registry remain yours; publishing grants soft.house the right to list, index, and serve them through the registry and its APIs.
  • Account identity is provided by my.soft.house (OpenID Connect). Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored by soft.house.
  • The ecosystem privacy policy applies: pragma.vision/privacy.
